*CHAPS TRANSFER FEE (to release Sale Proceeds per your instructions)       £  40.00 + VAT @ 20%

*Chaps transfer fee is a legal fee charged for the service of sending monies which are to arrive on the same day. Mortgage Redemptions are made on the completion day. Each separate payment is charged a chaps’ fee therefore if you are redeeming more than one charge then a payment of £40.00 + VAT @ 20% is charged for each payment. If there is more than one recipient of the Sale Proceeds, then a chaps’ payment fee will be charged for each payment being sent.

If the Sale Proceeds are not required by you (or others) on the same day, a BAC’s payment can be made at no charge to you. The BAC’s payment will be received by your bank three working days after being sent by us.

IN ADDITION TO OUR FEES (Anticipated Disbursements)

Disbursements related to your sale may include; Land Registry Fees, Fees to obtain copy documents from local or other authorities and indemnity policies.

**If the property is LEASEHOLD then Additional Fees such as payments to a Freeholder or Management Company may be payable and these will be advised to you once known.
